Option 1: Growth Guidance & Corporate Advisory Mentoring

Fee is $4,950 per month, $14,950 one-time fee.

This option is for business owners and senior managers who have a well established business and a defined growth objective that needs expert and timely advice for a short period.

During our work we will draw upon a breadth of consulting resources we have built up over 15 years of corporate advisory. You will leverage our transaction experience and process knowledge and apply it your situation. We will generously share our proprietary systems, as required, including:

The Growth Guidance Mentoring option is a rapid response ‘insurance’ option that will greatly enhance the successful pursuit and fulfillment of your growth objective.

Option 2: Morgan Cradock Profit Game-Changer

Fee is negotiated based on objectives.

This option is for owner-managers who want a new challenge. You will be running a previously successful business or believe that the business has reached its plateau. You’ve tried a few things to break away from the past, but you weren’t fully committed and you got what you expected – mediocre results. You don’t ‘do’ mediocre and nor do we. This option is for serious business players who are ready to leverage their business experience and find new profits and push for awesome growth.

Together we will co-create a new strategy that will set your wealth objectives higher than you had expected. We will share with you past results for successful high-growth clients and set an intensive and structured growth program.

In addition to the services under Option 1, you will also benefit from value in the following services:

  1. We will plan and host an intensive day of activity to re-design your business. We will help you pull together the pre-requisite work to obtain the most value from this intensive day.
  2. We will invite industry participants to contribute to an ideas generation workshop
  3. You will acquire negotiating skills through our personal one-on-one training and work on live tactical matters
  4. We will help set your valuation objectives with our Proprietary Morgan Cradock Value Creation Logic Processes
  5. You will seek out equity providers or potential trade sale targets, and have new conversations about your future vision and their investing in it – you will ‘hook’ these investors for when and if you need to raise capital in 6 to 12 months time.

This option is for companies that need a more proactive approach to B2B transactions. We will become part of your internal team and fully immerse ourselves with your company and practices.

 

Option 1 & 2 services are included in Option 3.

Option 3 goes further and we provide CFO-level hands on services including:

  1. We will do the spreadsheet financial modelling
  2. We will lead and manage the external commercial negotiations
  3. We will be responsible for running a sale process or partial sell down
